METAL TILE ADHESIVE
ALLOY ONE PACK MASTIC
To provide the perfect installation, we have developed our own special tile adhesive - ALLOY One Pack Mastic (A.O.P.M.) available in 1kg and 2kg tubs.
Approximately 1kg of AOPM is required for every 1m2 of ALLOY tiles. We will ship anywhere in the world.

Leading tile adhesive companies Laticrete and Mapei recommend their products for ALLOY metal tiles and mosaics after testing and trialing their products to ensure non-stop adhesion. Laticrete has provided its own installation procedures for ALLOY metal tiles with the Latapoxy range.

GROUT
ALLOY has developed very specific requirements for applying grout to ALLOY tiles to ensure the very best result. Due to our careful design and superior manufacturing techniques we ensure a fine 1.3mm grout line to create a refined design that won't overwhelm the tile. We ensure that the tiles are outstanding element of the design, not the grout. Grout is only essential when the tiles are being applied to wet areas. If grout is being used, it is very important that a non-sanded non-grit grout is used to avoid scratching the tile surface.

CARING FOR ALLOY METAL TILES
STAINLESS STEEL + TITANIUM PLATED TILES
Generally warm soapy water with a soft sponge is sufficient. ALLOY also recommends environmentally friendly Enjo mitts for cleaning and maintaining stainless steel tiles.
With stainless steel, depending on the surface contamination, a number of other cleaning agents can be used. Generally, a good quality stainless steel cleaner will work wshell or multi-purpose cleaners such as Spray & Wipe or Windex. Avoid any acid based cleaners as they may cause pitting or corrosion of the metal surface.

COPPER + BRASS TILES
The use of soap based cleaning products on copper and brass tiles may accelerate oxidization and the developing of the natural patina – if this is the look that is sought.
To return luster and sheen to copper and brass tiles ALLOY suggests the regular use of Flitz Liquid Polish – a high performance metal cleaner and polish in a liquid form. Flitz cleans & polishes: brass, copper and stainless steel. Removes: tarnish, rust, water stains, heat discoloration, oxidation & fingerprints.
